KEYNOTE SPEAKER – GRACE BRENNAN – BUY FROM THE BUSH

Founder of Buy From The Bush, Inspirational Speaker and Advocate for Regional Australia.

Entrepreneur Grace Brennan lives on a sheep and cropping farm in Warren, NSW with her husband Jack and their four children.

In 2019 Grace founded #buyfromthebush, a ground-breaking social media campaign, to support rural communities facing drought. In the last five years, the campaign has generated over $14M for small and micro businesses based in rural Australia. Her work has united the city and country and changed the perception of what is possible when you live in the bush.

EVENT PLANNING & FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS

Presenter: Jen Polimeni

Floral decorations can transform any event, whether it's a grand wedding or an intimate gathering. If you're looking to maximize your budget while still achieving a stunning aesthetic, Jen is your person. Jen will talk you through all stages of event planning & decoration.   Jen uses a combination of repurposed greenery & containers as well as market blooms to create magnificent displays. You will create a floral arrangement to take home along with a well of inspiration for your next event.

PUTTING YOURSELF FIRST

Why putting yourself first is so important. This workshop looks at practical ways to practise and integrate putting yourself first every day. This workshop is designed to help you embrace the power of prioritizing yourself. This isn’t about selfishness, it’s about strength, balance, and becoming the best version of yourself so you can help and support those around you. Self-care often takes a backseat because women are so focused on supporting others. But prioritizing it isn’t just about relaxation; it’s about refueling so you can show up fully for yourself and those around you.

Learn how to support your physiology with nutrition and exercise for maximum health throughout your life

FIND YOUR FLOW YOGA

Presenter: 3 Bush Seeds

Life can be a whirlwind, but grounding yourself with movement and breath makes all the difference. Practical techniques for easing stress & tension, gentle flows to support mobility & mindfulness, simple breathwork practices for clarity & focus. A welcoming space to reconnect with yourself. This session blends nature-inspired wisdom with practical tools you can carry into your day-to-day routine.

LAYERS OF ME - ART

Create your identity through Self Portraiture. Take home a 16x20 canvas artwork you create during the workshop. This engaging and symbolic workshop invites you to express your identity through the creation of a non-literal self-portrait. By layering texture paste and vibrant colours, you will explore hidden, bold, and layered aspects of yourself, fostering self-awareness and self-acceptance

Saturday Evening

If you're planning to stay in Harden Murrumburrah for the weekend, we will get together on Saturday night at The Harden Country Club for dinner. It's a 'buy your own event', we just ask that you indicate if you are coming so we can let the club have a catering estimate. We hope you can join us for casual networking and a fun evening at the conclusion of Gather & Glow.
