Event description

Gather & Ground is an intentional space to come together in a shared field of presence.

It is curated to welcome all of the self, into wholeness.

Through Meditative Movement and Breath we anchor into coherence, journeying within to honour every part of self while attuning to the collective field. From integration we return, opening space after for connection.

So excited to announce we have Miriam Marler from @embodied_m joining us permanently now.

Miriam brings her expertise as a Trauma-Informed Movement Facilitator, Somatic Therapist & Bodyworker, deepening the way we ground, move, and reconnect.

This co-creation brings a new richness to the field we hold — blending breath, movement, and somatic presence in service of remembrance and wholeness.

All of you is welcome here.

As Within, So Without.

What to bring:

  • Journal and pen

About your Facilitators:

Tee is an Empowerment Mentor who supports soul-led humans ready to reconnect with their truth and live from authentic alignment. Her work is grounded in compassion, awareness, and nervous-system safety — helping people release what no longer fits and return to who they’ve always been beneath conditioning and expectation.

Her path has not been linear. It has included trauma, rupture, loss, and profound rebirth. These lived experiences inform the way she holds space — grounded, direct, and deeply human — meeting others in the places she has walked herself.

Drawing on training in Trauma-Informed Coaching, Breathwork, Integrative NLP, and intuitive frameworks, Tee weaves science, somatic awareness, and ancestral wisdom into an integrated, accessible approach. Her work moves beyond mindset — it invites regulation, reflection, and reclamation.

Tee does not see people as problems to be fixed. She believes wholeness is innate. Through clarity, curiosity, and embodied awareness, she supports clients to recognise and release stories that no longer serve, cultivating self-trust and genuine freedom.

This is not about becoming more — it’s about returning to what’s real.
Voice. Choice. Life — reclaimed from within.

Miriam is passionate about mindful and somatic approaches that reconnect people with their bodies and inner worlds. A trained dancer who spent years disconnected from her own body, she discovered the transformative power of slowing down, listening through all the senses, embracing play, and welcoming imperfection. Having experienced the pressures of performance, putting others first, and living by outward appearances, Miriam now champions practices that foster presence, safety, and authenticity. She believes mindful, somatic, and nonviolent approaches are essential for growth, authentic living, and aligning with one’s highest purpose. Today, she feels privileged to embody this work, grounded in her body, and connected to safe community.
