Gather & Ground is an intentional space to come together in a shared field of presence.

We begin with gentle, guided movement, easing the body open before transitioning into guided Breathwork — journeying with your Breath and an intentional music selection, a calling home to yourself. From there, we land in a gentle, guided Mindfulness Practice.

There is time to integrate and connect afterwards, honouring the potency that becomes available when we gather with open hearts.

Here, intention is amplified by our presence.
Our breath becomes part of the collective rhythm.
Our grounding becomes a shared anchor.
We attune together to a space of heart coherence —

What to bring:

An open heart
Journal and pen
Water to hydrate
Yoga mat or something comfortable to sit or lie on
Warm clothing (a blanket is welcome)
Optional: lip balm
