Coastal Fieldwork - Indigenous and Planning Perspectives

Teaching and applying fieldwork techniques including observation, sketching and transects.

Application:  Years 7 to 12 Geography fieldwork skills

Date:  Friday, 24th March

Time:  9.00am to 3.15pm

Location:  Point Peron (Cape Peron)  and Port Coogee

Presenters:  Steven Jacobs, Aboriginal Engagement Officer, City of Rockingham and Planners from City of Cockburn

Morning tea will be provided

Lunch BYO

Note:  Own transport is required to travel from Point Peron to Port Coogee Marina Services Building.

Walking is involved which requires good walking shoes and appropriate clothing with hat and sunscreen.
