Gaytimes 2027 Resale Waitlist
RESALE OPENS MIDDAY ON WED 7 OCTOBER 2026. This year's Ballot to secure a ticket to Gaytimes’ 10th anniversary, sold out and we're so happy we'll be seeing those who secured a ticket in March. If you want to join us for this milestone frolic in the forest, you need to register this waitlist, and as soon as tickets become available for resale you'll be the first to know. Remember, Gaytimes 2027 will still have a strictly limited capacity of 1500 festivalgoers. If you miss out on both, ballot registrants can go automatically into the waitlist for resale tickets through Humanitix. Lucky waitlist recipients will be notified by email via Humanitix. You will have the option to register for up to four (4) tickets as well as glamping tents and carpasses. Bus tickets will go on sale with General Public Sale. When you register for the waitlist in Humanitix, you will be able to choose to either auto purchase or be notified if you are successful. If you opt to auto purchase, you provide your payment information and the transaction will be processed when you receive the waitlist notification- so you don’t have to do anything on the day. If you opt to be notified, you’ll receive an email if you are successful and we’ll hold your tickets for 24 hours for you to complete the purchase.

Low Income Tickets
LOW INCOME TICKET PROGRAM For the first time, we are offering an allocation of discounted tickets especially for LGBTIQA+ people on low incomes and concession. We recognise that camping festivals are expensive and cost of living is high – particularly for young people who are studying, creatives and people working low wage jobs struggling to make ends meet – so this is our effort to make sure Gaytimes remains affordable for those who would love to come, but for whom a full priced ticket is out of reach. Low Income tickets will be $385 inc GST + booking fee (compared to full priced tickets which start at $445 inc GST + booking fee). Applying only takes a moment and it is free. Whether you are working in the gig economy, studying full time or part time, a freelancer, an artist, working in a low wage job or not working at all, we won't ask for proof of concession. And you don't have to work for a ticket. We just ask that you only apply for this ticket if you genuinely can't afford a full priced ticket. If you can afford a full priced ticket, please reserve these tickets for those who would otherwise miss out. Applications for Low Income tickets are open separately alongside the Ballot and will close when the Ballot closes on Sun 13 Sep 2026 at 5pm AEST. With Low Income tickets, you can only apply for one (1) ticket, and these tickets are non-transferrable. All Low Income tickets are for the entire weekend and come with free camping. We will offer concession car passes to anyone who buys a Low Income ticket too, If demand exceeds capacity, we cannot guarantee everyone who applies for a Low Income ticket will get offered one, so we will also award these at random. You are welcome to register for the main Ballot as well. (Be aware if you do choose the Auto-purchase option in the Ballot, you might accidentally end up with two tickets and will need to resell yours.) If you are successful, you'll receive an email notification via Humanitix on Wednesday 16th at 11am and you will have 24 hours to purchase your ticket. When you are offered a ticket, Buy Now, Pay Later options like Humanitix Payment Plans, AfterPay and ZiP will be available so you can pay in installments. If you would like to work for a free ticket, we will be opening applications for volunteers in early Oct 2026. If you are experiencing significant hardship, you can alternatively apply for a Hardship ticket when these open in late Sep. Hardship tickets are heavily discounted or complimentary tickets for people in our community experiencing significant hardship (ie health issues, family violence, homelessness, financial hardship, death or disability). Applications for Hardship tickets will be open until late Jan, and will be assessed on a case by case basis via a discreet form on our website. At least 10 per cent of our total capacity is reserved specifically for Low Income tickets and Hardship tickets, and we also have specific allocations for First Nations and for people who live in the local area near Gembrook. Further information about Low Income tickets, Hardship tickets and Volunteer applications will be available on our website before the Ballot is drawn.
