GAZAWOOD FUNDRAISER

This very special event is to commemorate the amazing life of our dearest friend Zomi Frankcom, who was murdered by Israel in Northen Gaza alongside her entire World Central Kitchen team on April 1st 2024.

Lalzawmi came to our own community's aid during the Black Summer bushfires, where she facilitated three months of free meals for exhausted RFS volunteers, displaced families and for those who had lost everything.

Zomi literally gave her own life to aid work, paying the ultimate price in the service of humanity. So in honour of our fallen Australian Hero, we're running this event as a fundraiser for the desperate people of Gaza.

ALL funds raised will be donated to Dr Mohammed Mustafa's Children's Hospital project, whom we are delighted to announce will be attending the Ryrie Park memorial happening prior to our live music event.

We've put together an ALL LOCAL lineup of amazing artists to perform on the night including:

Smokey Horse will be donating a full keg of beer on the night, with 100% of sales going towards the cause!

Normal food and drink menu will also be available.

Under 18's free or by donation at the door, however minors must leave the venue by 10pm.
