Welcome to our first event of the year- Himalayan Breathwork, Yoga and Ice Baths!
We have just enetered a new season, summer! So what better time to breathe together and take a cold plunge as a community. This time we are gathering out in nature for a morning of Himalayan Breathwork, Yoga, Guided Meditation, Ice Baths and more! Join us and embark on a journey of self-discovery, as you transfrom your mind, body and energy, with this powerful intergrative practice.
What is Kriya Yoga?
Kriya is action that leads to liberation and freedom. Kriya Yoga uses breathing and movement techniques to accelerate energy into the body. The more energy we can hold, the deeper our connection to Self, resulting in a much more balanced life. Himalayan Kriya allows us to expand our consciousness at such a rapid speed, we can evolve and lean in the direction of growth very quickly. These ancient breath techniques allow us to harness the power of our mind and energy, and by doing so, we become the master of our own nervous system. The Kriya sets for the day are designed to cleanse and detox the body. Infusing our guests with lots of prana, which will leave you feeling a great sense of aliveness, rejuvinated and inspired for life.
Yoga flow
Our Yoga on the morning will be guided by special guest, Master Hatha Yoga teacher from India, Yogi P. As a true devotee of yoga, guests can expect to feel nourished and supported, as Yogi P flows you through the morning. The yoga flow is for all levels, with a focus on breath to body connection, with physical postures designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance for our guests.
Ice baths
Always a crowd favourite- the ice! Let your body plunge into the ice and reap the rewards. Reduce inflammation and swelling, relieve sore muscles, support your immunity, and cultivate peace and tranquilty.

Experience the harmonisation of your mind, body, and spirit as you delve into realms of lucidity, happiness, tranquillity, and a more fulfilling life.
What to bring
Comfy clothes
Water
Yoga Mat
Cushion ( to raise your hips for seated breathing)
Swimmers or Yoga clothes for ice bath
Towel
1x bag of ice if you are taking the plunge.
Please arrive at 8:50am for a 9am start. (QLD time)
Our Breathwork and Yoga sessions are fully guided, which means guests do not need any prior experience. If you are pregnant or have any serious injuries, we suggest you wait for one of our softer heart-based classes which are less physcial.
