From Audit to Action: Designing GEAP Strategies That Work
Event description
Finished your audit and stuck trying to move forward with the next phase of your GEAP? You’re not alone. Many duty holders under the Gender Equality Act 2020 (Vic) are still figuring out how to move from audit and consultation to strategy before the May 2026 deadline.
In this webinar, the experienced GenderWorks team will take you through common challenges, real-world strategy examples, and a repeatable, best-practice model for building a GEAP that works. Whether you’re new to the process or looking to take a more targeted approach this time, we’d love to see you there.
What this workshop will cover:
A clear roadmap of the GEAP process (and where most orgs are at now)
What a strong, realistic GEAP strategy looks like
Common pitfalls (and how to avoid them)
Real-world strategy examples across multiple indicators
Q&A time to have your burning questions answered
When: Thursday 16 October, 12:30–1:30 PM AEDT (Melbourne/Naarm time)
Where: Zoom (participants will be sent a link after registering)

While everyone is welcome, this session is designed for People & Culture or HR leads, GEAP Working Group members, and managers who are leading the GEAP process. We especially welcome those from regional and rural organisations, or smaller organisations with fewer resources.
