We have hand selected a team of gifted and highly knowledgeable scientists and healers to bring you ground breaking information on health and well being. This will be 4 days of learning and unsurpassed experience through your body, mind and spirit! During this retreat, you will learn from our seasoned cold adaptation biohackers how to cold plunge, eat and live a true biohackers life. This is what gives us an unshakable metabolism to survive anything.
Nick has a bachelor of Science, Masters in Chiropractic and carried out original research in Biomechanics and Neurology. He previously represented Australia for Kayaking, has been an Australian Surf Ski Champion, whilst also coaches junior athletes.
You are going to learn how to connect with deep awareness and appreciation of your body’s current movement strategy all by yourself and without the ongoing need for practitioners. Once this step is accomplished any optimisation or alteration of the body’s function/output becomes yours to chose if you wish.
Nathan is Australia’s most knowledgeable and well-rounded foundational health specialist. He has been immersed in the field of quantum biology since 2016. He is a 2 time cancer survivor by age 24 in 2016. He has thrived in his health journey based on Foundational Health Principles, and wishes to share these with the world!
Nathan will teach you to See life from a fully informed mitochondriac’s eyes! Submerge in the light, water and magnetism of nature and life.
Helen is a naturopath, nutritionist, medical herbalist and author and has been in clinical practice since 2001.Helen is passionate about conscious living, real food, vital health and empowering individuals, families and organisations to find the joy in being well.
Helen will guide you to understand the physical and follow the intuitive nature of your gut, your food choices and managing inflammation. Learn to reframe your body’s experiences through a somatic lens.
Ryan is passionate about living in harmony with the natural and innate rhythm of life's design. Through his exploration and ongoing study of movement, earth based living, Tantric Yoga, natural medicines & Self inquiry, Ryan offers practices that invite participants to an embodied and empowered experience of the moment.
Ryan will support you through a deep internal dive to explore your beliefs, connection and relationship to loving safety. You will be invited to understand where you are avoiding wellness and supported in the steps for reclamation.
Medical Director and Integrative Medical Practitioner at GenBiome, Christabelle is curious and passionate about the incredible multitude of hierarchies in the body. Through understanding chemistry, biophysics and energetic systems in the body- there are many ways to heal!
Christabelle has curated these wonderful experts to demonstrate and teach what can give you an unshakable metabolism and nervous system to survive anything.
During the retreat, we will have daily talks by each health expert as well as work in small groups with them. There will be activities through the day with rest periods. The retreat aims to support individual needs and health care concerns but please check with us to ensure its suitability for you. Food requirements can be met and menus modified to suit any diet.
