What is Gender Affirmation Day?

It is an event designed to uplift and boost the local trans community, by providing engaging and beneficial content, in an effort to make information more readily available and share valuable skills.

How do we do this?

We achieve this by providing a safe space in which no question is too small, we bring together a diverse range of people to share knowledge and tools that will add benefit to the daily lives of the community.

What do we offer?

At GAD we aim to offer a wide variety of topics to ensure we make the most of the event, this includes but is not limited to:

• Members of the trans community sharing perspectives, experience and advice.

• Medical professionals discussing trans health

• Organisations with a focus in trans care.

• Talks and lessons from experts in the fields of makeup, styling, hair and more.

• A space in which the community can come together to share and establish new connections with peers and support networks.
