In this second webinar in our lunch and learn series we'll look at the misconceptions surrounding gender equality work in early years settings. We'll explore how best to manage concerns, challenging conversations and even resistance from parents, caregivers and staff when embedding gender equity practices and principles in your work, and we'll talk about bias - what beliefs it shapes and how to manage it.
