This challenging and thought-provoking workshop explores the relationship between gender identity and disability
The workshop aims to develop knowledge about gender and ways to support transgender, gender diverse, and non-binary
(TGDN) individuals, The knowledge from this workshop could also help provide support to clients who may be
questioning or exploring their gender.
This workshop will introduce important terminology, the intersectionalities between TGDN individuals and people with
disability and raise awareness of the ways that individuals can be supported to live authentic lives.
This interactive workshop is for health professionals, parents, carers, support workers, and educators. students can
also attend.Â
