"Genocide in the Wildflower State" Screening at Galleria Morley

You are invited to an exclusive screening of the recently released Documentary, "Genocide in the Wildflower State". This special event is being jointly hosted by West Australian Stolen Generations Aboriginal Corporation (WASGAC) trading as Yokai: Healing our Spirit; the City of Bayswater, Greater Union Cinemas and Galleria Morley

This important documentary sheds light on a dark period in Western Australia's history. Join us to hear the words of the Politicians and Public Servants who put in place the Genocidal policies that led to the Stolen Generations and the testimony of Stolen Generations Survivors and witness their inspiring journey towards healing and justice. Narrated by Kelton Pell and produced by Yokai: Healing Our Spirit this film serves as a powerful call for understanding and reconciliation.

Light refreshments are available from 5.00pm and the event begins with a Welcome to Country at 5.30pm, followed by the screening and then a Question and Answer Session. The event finishes at 7.00pm
