Gentle Flow & Sound Bath

Gentle Flow & Sound Bath with Lowen + Sunny

Sunday, October 25th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm

Sliding Scale $5-$55

A 90-minute gathering of movement and sound. We begin by setting intentions, then move through gentle, intuitive flows to create spaciousness within the body, before surrendering to the healing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.

This is a container to release and reconnect, to acknowledge the capacity of our bodies in the now and the wild within. In community, we practice solidarity, nourishment and rest, movement and expression, saying no and saying yes, and listening deeply, so we may flourish together.

No filters & with love.

Sunny & Lowen are deeply committed to accessible healing and have chosen a wide sliding scale, inviting participants to contribute what feels manageable for them.

Please note that this ritual is upstairs. If you are not comfortable navigating stairs, but are interested in sound healing, please contact us at info@theravenswing.com for potential future healings.
