Gentle Flow Yoga

A mat-based gentle yoga class incorporating asana and breathing to balance and restore the body, mind and spirit.

With tutor Anna

Bring your own yoga mat.


Commences: Monday 15 July 6:30pm to 7:30pm (10 weeks - 15/7, 22/7, 29/7, 5/8, 12/8, 19/8, 26/8, 2/9, 9/9, 16/9) 

Full Fee: $169.00
