Who is this workshop for? If you have a body, then this is for you!
There is no prior movement or yoga experience required for this practice: everyone is welcome!
This practice will help you:
-To Increase body awareness
-Improve your mobility
-Help to release pain & tension
-To Induce relaxation
-To make you feel amazing!
Join Tamara for a special 2 hour workshop, where you will be guided through a safe, simple yet potent movement practice!
There are no shapes or destination, just exploration of movement. You will be shown the somatic techniques to unwind the physical body from it's habitual tensions and holding patterns, as well as how to restore the nervous system through pandiculation (a technique of engaging then relaxing the body), by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
We will end with a blissful mini sound healing, to complete the practice.

This session will be on Sunday, 16th March, Crows Nest Centre, 3 - 5pm
Free Parking all day Sunday! (Holtermann st Carpark, which adjoins the Centre)
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in: we will commence at 3pm sharp.
B.Y.O Yoga mat, pillow, eye mask or eye bag, light blanket, water bottle: anything you need to be comfortable for the session.
