Event description

A gentle exploration of movement and breath connection to promote ease and flow in body and mind. We will work with a combination of gentle movement and breathing practices from classical Hatha Yoga combined with rest & relaxation techniques. Together we balance the nervous system and develop better emotional regulation to assist with the everyday stressors of life.

This is a safe space to explore present moment awareness and come back to the body from the comfort of home.

This class is ideal for you if you are seeking more emotional resilience or looking for ways to combat stress and promote more rest and ease in life. It is trauma-sensitive and ideal for those navigating mental health difficulties. You don't need any prior experience to join the class, it's a chance for anyone and everyone to slow down and come home to the body.
