Your mid-week reset ~ move gently ~ breath deeply ~ feel good
Take a a bit of 'you' time on a Wednesday morning to reconnect with your body and mind. These beginner-friendly, low-cost sessions are ideal for anyone seeking a softer, more sustainable approach to movement and wellbeing.
Taught by accredited yoga teacher Stephanie of Gentle Yoga, this slow, mindful and adaptable practice will focus on:
calming the nervous system
improving mobility
easy postures for all bodies
connecting to your breath
simple meditation techniques
All ages, levels and abilities are warmly welcomed – no previous experience required!

Bring: your own yoga mat (no mats supplied), water bottle, and anything else to make you feel comfortable (e.g. cushion, light blanket)
Pricing
10-week term pack = $150
Casual drop-in = $18 per class
Safety
All participants take part at their own risk and are encouraged to listen to their bodies and work within their comfort zone. Modifications will be offered throughout the class.
