⭐️The session will start by tuning in to the body with some very gentle relaxing movements on the mat to release any tension in the body..

⭐️You all settle into your Yoga Nidra nest closing down all the senses for a deep relaxing ancient meditation followed by Crystal Bowls Sound Journey, voice toning & various percussion tools .. you can bring your own journal to scribe any reflections from the meditation session

⭐️We finish the tranquility session with refreshing tea & reflection with your chosen angel card…

⭐️𝚈𝚘𝚐𝚊 𝙽𝚒𝚍𝚛𝚊 is a ancient practice & evidenced based practice. It is even as old as yoga itself. Is is the deepest of all meditations guiding you through a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage, typically induced by a guided meditation.

⭐️Yogis use yoga nidra to purify the samskaras and clear karma

⭐️There is evidence that yoga nidra helps relieve stress related disorders, PTSD, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, and chemical dependancy as well as sense of well being. It is also proven to be successful therapy with psychological disturbances with high anxiety levels, psychosomatic diseases & neurotic behaviour, also with menstruation pain

⭐️May improve hypertension, coronary heart disease, cancer, athsma.

⭐️Yoga Nidra is applied by the US Army as Integrative Rest Program to assist soldiers to recover from PTSD by developing a sense of emotional mastery

⭐️Yoga Nidra is practiced laying down, with a pillow, blankets to keep you warm and comfortable, & eye pillow
