Geology in the Adelaide Hills- what lies beneath

Come and see the property improvements made over the last 19 years including:

• a discussion of the local rock types and the soils which are derived from them and their resultant chemistry.

• protection of native vegetation

• use of permanent and temporary fencing for grazing management

• fencing off water courses

• early results from addition of soil amendments in a trial area

If we are really lucky, we may have results of a metagenomic study of soil for the trial area.
