Georgia Brooks Swingtet Swing Dance

This is a Swing Dance hosted by Central Highlands Swing Dance Community. We are a small group of Swing Dancers gathering to learn and enjoy partner dancing.

If you've not seen the Georgia Brooks Swingtet before you are in for such a treat! This band is led by Georgia who will also lead our dance lesson at the beginning of the night with drummer; Sean.  Not only can they make the music they can dance it too. We are so lucky to have them coming to Creswick to join us in our beautiful old country hall.

If you don't have a partner don't worry! There will be friendly swing dancers of all different abilities ready to ask you for a dance. 

Doors Open 6.15pm

As part of this night you will be able to participate in a Swing Dance lesson. Starts 6.30pm

Live band and social dancing from 8pm

We will maximize our dance floor by not having tables at this event. Seating will be available around the perimeter of the Hall.

No Byo - Drinks available at bar prices. Some snacks available also - please note this is not a dinner/supper event and we recommend you head out for a dinner at one of our fantastic local pubs before you dance.
