1 DAY RETREAT - Ladies, if you've been feeling a little less than fantastic lately, stressed, alone, exhausted, then come along.... even if you've been feeling fine and just want a day to yourself, come along. It's time to take back your health.

Women need a place to go where they can leave all their responsibilities and worries behind, make new connections, learn from each other, laugh, and celebrate.

As a Certified Tolman Health Coach, Nat will be sharing with you her 14 years of knowledge in the natural health industry, how to heal your body, and improve your overall health.
During Nat's presentation you will learn about the common dis-eases in our society, the one thing they all have in common and how you can avoid these illnesses, alleviate the symptoms, even reverse the condition.

Nat has been the owner of Verissima Natural Skincare since 2009, steering it to become the multi-award winning brand it is today. In 2022 her business evolved to become Verissima Health and it now includes your well-loved and trusted natural products as well as education events, kids classes, weekend wellness retreats, and 1:1 Tolman Health Coaching.

Nat will share with you her extensive knowledge in whole foods for healing and will show you how to create simple plant-based deliciousness. This is not about being vegan, it's about how you can easily prepare food that tastes fantastic and gives you fuel to do all the things you want to.

Jodie Tapper will be joining us and facilitating our yoga slow flow session designed to help you drop in and align for the day ahead. Jodie is the owner of Soul Flexible and has been teaching for over 11 years. Jodie assists people just like you, how to eliminate and reduce body pain, improve posture, and build incredible strength and flexibility through the practice of mindful movement. 

Having a regular movement practice supports you to increase your flexibility & strength, reduce your body and mind tension from your everyday stressors, and connect to yourself mindfully each day. Our body was designed to be active and move, and mindful movement has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

And ladies, don’t worry if you’ve never tried yoga before, this is for all ages and abilities, Jodie has you covered.

Colleen Pearce, founder of Colleen Pearce Healing will once again be joining us and will take you through a transformational sound healing session. Sound Healing dates back thousands of years. Our ancestors embraced sound as the very essence of life itself. The ancients understood what modern science is now only beginning to discover; that we live in a sea of vibration—the source of all form, the source of all thought.

Many cultures and religions revere sound so deeply as to believe it's called the universe into being. Sound meditation uses sounds as a guide to settle your mind deeper into a meditative and trance-like state. The sounds, harmony, and vibrations from the didge, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will help you to release what no longer serves you in a safe space and take you to a place of deep peace. Your whole body – every muscle and every organ – is relaxed, allowing your body to balance naturally.

If you are someone that needs to take some time out for yourself and have some fun with like-minded souls, then this is the event for you!
