About Josh

Josh is the Head of Startups at LUNA and leads a large team of lawyers and accountants focused on delivering amazing services for startups from 0 to Series A. Josh has a broad range of experience advising startups on a range of matters across the lifecycle - from structuring and employee incentives to capital raising, in both a legal and commercial capacity. Josh is also an experienced facilitator, working with major schools, universities and organisations to deliver meaningful educational programs and workshops for entrepreneurs and startups.

About Brinley

Brinley is a specialist Startup Lawyer at LUNA, where she helps founders establish good legal foundations in preparation for capital raises. She collaborates closely with startups on employee incentivisation, restructuring, investments, and exit strategies. Additionally, Brinley advises several venture capital firms and accelerators on investments and cohort readiness. Before becoming a lawyer, Brinley was a startup consultant, working with leading Australian and New Zealand startups to assess business plans, review legal frameworks, and prepare documentation to ensure investor readiness.
