Come and join us for a groovy night at the first ever Jungle Body GET LOW DISCO - 'Sweet Sounds of the 60s'.

Time: Doors open at 530pm. Dance party runs from 6pm-7pm. Stay afterwards for light refreshments, open dance floor (the 60s music will continue!) and social time

The Jungle Body Surfcoast, Kara and Megan, will take you through a one hour 1960s themed GET LOW, gentle dance fitness party.

GET LOW is a low impact, low intensity dance inspired fitness program designed for people over 55 and for those who like low intensity exercise. At this special event, we step back in time to the vibrant 1960s! Put on your best 1960s attire and dance the night away to the iconic sounds of the era. This event is open for all who love to dance and who love music from the 60s. Expect to sweat, smile and sing along.
