Get Online Week: Free Tech Help at Five Dock Library

Need a little help with your phone, tablet or computer?

As part of Get Online Week, Five Dock Library is teaming up with Youngster.co to help you feel more confident and connected with technology.

Drop in for a friendly 1:1 tech assistance session with a local youngster and get personalised help with the technology questions that matter to you. Whether you’d like to learn how to make video calls, use social media, navigate your phone or simply get to know your device better, our Youngster.co volunteers are here to help.

This is a drop-in session – no bookings are required.

Please bring your own device.

About Get Online Week

Get Online Week is Good Things Australia’s national campaign to help close the digital divide. It supports people to build their digital skills, and feel safer and more confident online – so no one is left behind.

About Youngster.co

Youngster.co brings generations together by connecting older community members with young people who can provide friendly, personalised technology support.

The program helps bridge the digital divide while also addressing issues such as youth unemployment and social isolation. Youngsters can help with everything from using your smartphone and making video calls to connecting with friends and family on social media.

Come along, bring your questions and discover what your technology can do for you!
