Expert Panel Speakers:

• Erin Robertson – Running coach with a passion for performance, Erin will walk you through how to train smart and prepare your body for race day.

• Anderson Mouquiti – Mandatory gear got you confused? Anderson breaks down the must-haves for ultra trail races and shares his essential gear checklist.

• Steve Jackson – The man behind the race, Steve will give you the inside scoop on the Wild Earth Coastal High 50 and Crunch courses – terrain, logistics, and what to expect on the day.

• Adam Green – Local legend and seasoned trail runner, Adam shares his experiences running Coastal High and other ultra events – the highs, the lows, and the lessons learned.

• Spencer McDonald – Osprey expert here to talk all things Duro and Dyna. Learn how to pick the perfect running vest and dial in your gear setup.
