Joe: Effective Tax Planning Strategies for Business
As the end of financial year approaches, the opportunity for astute tax planning arises. The goal of tax planning is to arrange your financial affairs to minimise your taxes. To ensure this is effective we need to make the best estimate possible of your profits and then taxable income. Using companies, trusts, and super funds to distribute income is an effective strategy, but not the only one. You also need to take into account ALL possible deductions and any tax office incentives, how they affect your tax position. There are legal ways to minimize and reduce taxes, it is not only smart, but essential.
