By purchasing a ticket and participating in this breathwork session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation: I understand that breathwork can bring up physical, emotional, and psychological responses. I am choosing to participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for my experience.

Health & Medical Considerations: I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that may be aggravated by breathwork, including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, severe asthma, recent surgery, or any mental health condition that may be affected by altered states of consciousness. If I have any concerns, I will consult a medical professional before participating.

3. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice: I acknowledge that this session is not a replacement for medical or psychological care and is offered as an educational and self-exploratory experience.

4. Personal Responsibility: I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body and can pause or stop the practice at any time.

5. Release of Liability: I release the facilitator, event organizers, and venue from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising from my participation in this event. I assume full responsibility for my health and well-being during the session.
