Getting Off Gas: Trades, Wiring, Plumbing, Troubleshooting
Event description
When transitioning to an all-electric home, it can be hard to know how to find the right tradespersons for the job.
But its important to know which trades are required and what questions you should ask when getting off gas. Who is best for which parts of the job, and how can you make your transition to an all-electric home smoother and cheaper? What tradespersons are needed when ditching has? How much should a consultation with a tradesperson cost? And as a client, how can you make the first chat with the tradie easier?
Join us for our final Getting Off Gas event series when we discuss how best to engage a tradesperson with confidence for your all-electric project. Â
We will have plenty of opportunity to answer audience questions. If you have one already, you can submit your question when checking out.Â
For this discussion we will be joined by Earthworker Cooperative's secretary Dan Musil, electrician and founder of Goodbye Gas Ben Russell, and Holly Taylor, Head of Projects at the Energy Efficiency Council.
The session will be moderated by Dr Rachel Goldlust, sustainability researcher and Getting off Gas Toolkit lead here at Renew.Â
