Event description

This workshop will teach you all the ins and outs of starting a Food Truck. This session will be facilitated by Maggie Gray, the co-founder of The Food Truck Collective and Food Truck Business Coach at Food Truck Foundations. Maggie (an ex-food truck owner) and her team are passionate about showcasing the best street kai by hosting popular events at parks and reserves across Auckland where many communities come together to celebrate great food!

Maggie knows how hard and overwhelming it can be to start a food truck so join her and others in this session to get started with your Food Truck. She will run through a How to start a Food Truck Checklist based on her experience of running her own food truck and working with food trucks every day. 
This will be a 60-minute presentation and questions after.
