Northern India has shared its curries, naan, and lentil dishes with people across the globe!

If you've ever joined Chef Cass for a class, you know that India Star is one of the foundational restaurants of her childhood, helping shape her palate and inspiring her passion for foods from around the world. To this day, they still serve some of her favorite Indian dishes.

In this class, you'll learn how to layer flavors using a wide variety of spices, vegetables, and herbs to create delectable, spoon-licking curries and everyone's favorite sauce-soaking bread: naan! Come explore the techniques and ingredients that make Punjabi cuisine so comforting, vibrant, and unforgettable.

-Saggwala Paneer (Spinach Cheese Curry)

-Masoor Dal (Red Lentil Curry)

-Murgh Makhani (Butter chicken) 

-Garlic Naan

-Basmati Rice

-Green Chutney

In Each Class, you will learn:

-How to follow a recipe

-Where to find and utilize the ingredients

-How to build flavor

-How to Feel Confident in the Kitchen 

Work alongside Chef Cass to complete the recipes and finish simultaneously. You will plate the food family style, and your group will relax and enjoy the delicious dishes you have all prepared. Bring your friends, family, or a date to relish in this experience together!
