In our upcoming class, Kristin Spence will demonstrate how to make ghee and speak from an Ayurvedic viewpoint about the origins of ghee, its nutritional benefits & energetic qualities, and why it’s believed to be the purest essence of the Earth. You’ll also take home a delicious pot of biodynamic ghee for you to experience the benefits yourself while elevating your cooking.
