    🦺 Safety
: Please be aware that Gibbs Farm is a working farm, so there are a few hazards to keep in mind on the day. There are several large ponds, tractors, and farm machinery, as well as live animals that roam freely. We kindly ask that you keep a watchful eye on any children and ensure they are supervised at all times.

Please click here to view the Gibbs Farm Terms of Access. Make sure to read them in advance and share them with your guests.

❌ Cancellations: This event will proceed rain or shine, so please come prepared and dress accordingly. If you’re unable to attend on the day, please let us know. You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else; however, as this is a fundraiser, we are unable to offer refunds.

📍 Address: 2421 Kaipara Coast Highway, Makarau, Auckland 0984. (Access is via this gate only - for both pedestrian and disability access).

🚗 Parking: Parking is on the grass as you turn off the main highway. Look out for our Graeme Dingle Foundation flags so we can scan you in when you arrive. (Note: There will be other charities onsite too, but you need to find us if you’ve purchased tickets through us!)

⌚ Timing: Gates open at 10 am, and guests must leave by 2 pm. Guests on foot should allow a minimum of three hours to view the farm and should aim to arrive before 11 am at the latest.

🎫 Tickets: Please have your tickets with you, either printed or on your phone. Our team will scan the QR code on the ticket.

🚶 Walking: It can take 3 to 4 hours to see all the sculptures. Please make sure you wear good walking shoes. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy the experience to the fullest!

🧒 Children: For those coming with young children, we recommend a backpack for carrying them. Mountain buggies may be used but can be tricky in some parts of the farm that are steep and have uneven surfaces, so backpacks are recommended where possible if children are not able to walk the whole trail. Please remember to keep a close eye on them, especially around the animals, electric fences, and water.

📞 Contact on the day: Should you need to contact anyone from our team on the day, please try Monique at 021 256 1890.
