Event description

Support NZ Sculpture OnShore and have an unforgettable day at Gibbs Farm sculpture park. Your visit will help us to raise funds for our own upcoming event to be staged in Devonport at O Peretu Fort Takapuna, 2025. We hold our event to raise money and awareness for Women's Refuge NZ.

The celebrated Gibbs Farm rests on 400 hectares of re-formed farmland on the Kaipara Harbour. The privately owned park is home to an internationally renowned collection of large-scale sculptures by some of the world’s leading artists, commissioned and curated by Alan Gibbs over the past 25 years.

On your visit you will be free to roam the hillsides, to take in the views of the harbour and gain perspective on the sculptures from a distance and right up close. You can self-guide with the map provided and enjoy an introduction to some of the key works by our friendly art experts stationed throughout the park. Your visit may also include an encounter with an exotic animal or two, including emus and giraffes!

Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a day out, wandering around the park admiring the sculptures and exotic animals, including giraffes!
