What is a Floating Sound Bath?

Imagine lying comfortably on your own floating mattress, gently supported by the water, wrapped in a soft blanket, with a pillow beneath your head and an eye mask to help you switch off from the outside world.

As you settle into stillness, the beautiful sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other carefully selected instruments move through the space around you.

Your facilitator, Bec, guides you through gentle breathwork and relaxation before allowing the sounds to take you on your own personal journey.

The combination of floating, sound and stillness creates an opportunity to release the demands of everyday life and enjoy a moment of complete rest.

There is nothing to achieve, nowhere to be and nothing you need to do.

What Does the Experience Include?

Your 75-minute Floating Sound Bath experience includes:

• A comfortable individual floating mattress

• A soft pillow and cosy blanket

• An eye mask to encourage relaxation

• Gentle guided breathwork and visualisation

• An immersive sound bath featuring Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments

• Time for quiet reflection and stillness

• A welcoming, intimate environment with a maximum of six participants

Throughout the session, your facilitator moves around the pool and poolside, playing instruments around you to create a beautiful and immersive sound experience.
