MEET GILLIAN
Gillian brings together kinesiology, meditation and art therapy to help people shift from survival to strength, from fear to trust, and from stress to balance. Her background in information and project management weaves its way through her work in terms of finding strategies and frameworks that add structure to mess, because sometimes just knowing what you can and can’t control makes all the difference. Her book, GPS: Your Guide to Navigating Change, was published in 2019.
