Sippin' On Gin & Cheese

Christmas festivities are on the way and that means Gin season is in fashion again. Come on a journey with us as we team up with Sydney's premier gin connoisseur Cocktail Co to bring you a curated Gin & Cheese pairing. This will be an educational experience looking at the nuances of Gin's botanical ingredients balanced against the profiles of hand selected protein rich cheeses. 

When: Wednesday 11th December, 6:30pm.

Where: The Captain's Balcony 116 Willoughby Road, Crows Nest NSW 2065.

Tickets: $79 single*, $69 group, $109 - $119 single tickets including selected bottle with delayed delivery*. 

Bottle Purchasing: A selection of bottles to be purchased and pricing to be available on the night when not selected with ticket***.

Dietary: A set service mixing a fusion of meats, seafoods and vegetables served in between beverage sampling. Any dietary requirements must be notified to the bar prior to the event**.

• Farmer’s Wife Autumn Dry Gin 
• Audemus Pink Pepper Gin 
• Darling Coffee Gin 
• McHenry Damson Old English Gin 

* If booking in groups as separate tickets please notify the bar in advance to ensure grouped seating.

** An dietary requirements will need to be notified to the bar 24hrs prior to the event commencing.

*** Bottle purchases will be delayed takeaway from bar following the event.

**** In the event of a gin becoming unavailable an equal too product will be substituted.
