Ginger's Lesbian Pop-ups - Wellington
Event description
7pm - 11.45pm
(AFTERPAY AVAILABLE AT CHECK-OUT)
Pōneke (Wellington CBD) - secret location revealed to ticket holders the week of the event. If you've been before, you know where its all going down.
Ginger’s is back in the capital and this time, we're ready to flex biceps!
We’re kicking off the night with live audience interaction for our podcast, followed by Ginger’s signature party starters: cheeky lesbian games (Truth or Dare... but hotter and with less shame), The Grip Pit (our beloved arm wrestling showdown), and a stacked lineup of queer fun.
Ginger’s is a sought-after nationwide pop-up series celebrating sapphic culture, with sold-out events, off-grid bush camp weekends, and a brand new podcast. It’s a welcoming space for anyone who feels like this is their crowd, across the spectrum of gender, identity, and expression.
Hosted by Cassie Roma
Media powerhouse. Branding queen. TEDx speaker. Former Chair of the biggest Auckland Pride in history. You might know her from The Apprentice or Celebrity Treasure Island, but at Ginger’s, she brings the hype, the cheek, and the cheeky games that get the whole room involved.
The Grip Pit - Arm Wrestling Showdown
Biceps. Bravado. Big sapphic energy.
Hosted by Alice Soper - Rugby analyst, Women in Rugby podcast host, and professional sh*t-stirrer - The Grip Pit is where elbow meets table, heckles fly, and someone walks away with glory (and maybe a new crush).
Want in? DM us to join the challenger list. We have different rounds for beginners, semi flexers and full flexers.
