Girl's Night! Women's Circle

Girl's Night is my version of a women's circle. An opportunity to connect and gather with other like minded women, in a safe and loving environment.

What to expect:

• Meet other like-minded women, connect and leave with new friends
• Journaling
• Breathwork
• Meditation
• Sound Healing
• Oracle card pull

What to bring:

• Journal or something to write on
• Water bottle
• Blanket for the breathwork journey and meditation

To respect everyone’s time and keep the safety of the container, we will begin at 6:00pm sharp.

Avoid eating a heavy meal, consuming alcohol and/or caffeine prior to the event. There will be snacks after the breathwork journey.

As we will be partaking in breathwork it is important to let me know If you have any of the following medical conditions. Please contact me before purchasing a ticket at: fromzoebreathwork@gmail.com if you have any of the following conditions:

Heart conditions of any type

Are pregnant

Anxiety or severe mental illness, resulting in panic attacks

Cancellation cannot be made to a ticket, this can be passed on to another willing attendee. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge your agreement, and consent for any content taken on the day used for marketing purposes, as well as signing up to our mailing list where you will be sent promotional emails for upcoming events, follow ups, access to exclusive discounts and more.
