The Girl Strong Program is designed to empower participants through strength and fitness training.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Facilitated by female instructors, each session will run for 1 hour in the privacy of the function room and introduce participants to various styles of training including but not limited to strength and conditioning, flexibility and mobility, cardio and HIIT.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Suitable for girls aged 12-16 years who are beginning their fitness journey or who would like to improve their current strength and fitness.

WHAT IS THE COST?

$84.00 for 10 week term or FREE for Fitness Members*

Conditions Apply. The participant must have a fully paid membership that is current for the duration of the program (ie. 16 July - 17 September)

Casual Rate: $9.50 per session.

WHEN?

Starting Tuesday 8 October the sessions will run every week at 4.30pm until Tuesday 10 December.
