Ladies only night: Girl Woman Athlete Live Podcast! Women's Community Conversation.
Event description
Making sports accessible and maintaining momentum through life's ups and downs
Girl. Woman. Athlete: The radio show and podcast celebrating women and movement, and Further Faster, are bringing you a night of girl power!
We're hosting a Community Conversation to explore ways to improve accessibility in our sporting communities and to support one another through life's ups and downs.
We'll hear from a panel of inspiring wāhine with a wealth of experience to share to kick off the conversation.
There'll be time for questions to the panel and then time to talk with each other, meet new people and share stories.
Optional Bonus: Trail treat recipe swap!
Bring a homemade trail treat snack and the recipe to share!
Let us know if you're going to take part (bringing samples to test is highly recommended 😝).
The Panel:
Sophia White: MC and Host of Girl Woman Athlete. Environmentalist, Multi-sporter and champion of bringing the community together.
Julz Christy: Co-Owner of Further Faster, enthusiastic mountain recreator, and a previous life as an emergency psychiatric nurse.
