Girls in Robotics Day - Micromelon Workshop
Event description
Robogals Brisbane invites you to attend our Girls in Robotics Day.Â
This
workshop aim to extend the students’ problem solving and engineering
skills by working through a series of increasingly complicated tasks
with Robogals' new Micromelon robots. Girls work in pairs to develop algorithms with block-base coding that will allow the robot to move, sense and respond to objects around it, and see colour. Suitable for students in grades 4-6 who do not have experience with Micromelon robots.

The workshop is also an opportunity to interact with university
students studying engineering and to meet other girls interested in
STEM.Â
Pizza is provided as lunch for this event.
