Liv was 16—joyful, courageous, and full of life. She passed away suddenly in her sleep, with no known cause. “Liv was a ray of sunshine,” says her mum. “Losing her shattered us.”

Liv had a tradition: each year, she’d test her courage and plunge into cold water to farewell winter, and welcome in the warmth of spring and summer.

Join us to honour Liv’s tradition and support research into sudden cardiac death. 2–3 young Australians die each week—help us prevent more heartbreak.
