Welcome Mothafunk to Glamorama Saturdays.
Crissy “Mothafunk” Collins lives and breathes underground dance music. With a wealth of talent & experience DJing across radio, bars, clubs, and festivals including Strawberry Fields, Counterculture Festival, Solstice: Warehouse, and When Pigs Fly. The sought after artist has supported Detroit In Effect, Midland, DJ Assault, and Sally C this year alone with no stop in sight.
A dance music historian at heart, Crissy has focused recent attention on advancing the conversation around nightlife and the significant changes happening not only in our cities but around the world. Crissy’s articles have released on VICE & Mixmag, and Crissy produced a short documentary “Aunty” was released in 2024.
With a deep understanding of dance and a record bag that pays homage to the history of house, Mothafunk is set to put on a show this Glamorama Saturday night.
