45 Minute - Full Body Massage:
Remedial or relaxation massage
30 Minute - Osteo Body Work
Our dream team of osteopaths will use a combination of soft and deep tissue release, joint mobilisation, assisted stretching with your choice of focus areas
30 Minute - Craniosacral Reset
A gentle nervous system reset working on balancing and calming the central nervous system with light tough to the cranial bones and sacrum in sync with breathing techniques.
15 Minute - Express Massage
Express massage - neck, shoulders and upper back focused
20 Minute - Red Light Therapy
A wonderful standalone treatment or addition to any of the above treatments. Decreases inflammation and pain, improves skin elasticity, quality and brightness.
