Meet the Amazing Organisation You're Supporting – Formally Ever After Qld Inc.

Because everyone deserves to feel special, confident and included.

Founded in 2019 by local community champion Tammy Robinson, Formally Ever After Qld Inc. began with a simple but powerful belief: no young person should miss out on their school formal because they cannot afford something beautiful to wear.

What began as a small community initiative has grown into an extraordinary volunteer-run program, providing free, pre-loved formal wear, shoes and accessories to students and individuals who might otherwise miss out on important milestones.

But their work goes far beyond dresses and suits!

Formally Ever After supports people facing financial hardship, disability, mental health challenges, body image concerns and other barriers, providing a welcoming, inclusive and judgement-free environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

The Incredible Difference They Make

Formally Ever After helps provide:

School formal outfits – Beautiful gowns, suits, shoes and accessories so students can celebrate their achievements with confidence.

Wedding dresses – Helping brides-to-be experience their special day without the financial burden of expensive attire.

Special occasion clothing – Supporting graduations, community celebrations and other important life events.

Support for people experiencing hardship – Helping individuals and families who may otherwise be unable to afford suitable clothing for important occasions.

Support for remote communities – Sending formal wear to regional and remote communities, including for NAIDOC celebrations.

Assistance beyond clothing – Helping with formal tickets and associated costs where possible.

Giving beautiful clothing a second life – Reducing waste by redistributing donated outfits and accessories rather than allowing them to end up in landfill.

More Than 10,000 Lives Touched!

Since 2019, Formally Ever After has helped dress more than 10,000 students and individuals, supporting people connected with over 250 schools and community organisations.

Their incredible work is made possible through community generosity, donated clothing and dedicated volunteers.

Their guiding philosophy is beautifully simple: "Kindness is Free."

And that kindness is changing lives, one special occasion at a time.

💖 Where Will the Money Raised Go?

All funds raised through Glass Slippers & Teacups will go towards supporting Formally Ever After Qld Inc.

Your support will help the organisation continue its free community program, which provides formal wear and special occasion clothing to people in need.

Funds raised can help contribute towards the practical costs of keeping this important service running, preparing and caring for donated clothing, supporting individuals with special occasion needs and reaching more people across Queensland.

Every ticket purchased helps support an organisation dedicated to creating confidence, opportunity, dignity and brighter futures.

Because it's not just about the dress or the suit — it's about the confidence, the memories and the opportunity to feel included.
