Glebe Greyhounds and Aish Academy have teamed up to provide awesome Youth Footy Skills Sessions for our 12+ players this July School Holidays.

Catch up on all the missing rain affected pre-season training with some dynamic and focused skills sessions at Jubilee Oval. The sessions are 3 hrs long, restricted to players 12 and above and are focused on key skill development and skills execution in simulated game scenarios.

Sessions:

Tues 5th, Weds 6th, Thurs 7th July: 9.30am - 12.30pm

Weds 6th July - GIRLS ONLY session - 1pm - 4pm

Key Focus areas across the 3 sessions:

  1. Breaking down fundamentals of key skills:
    • Kicking Technique
    • Marking
    • Handballing
    • Goal Kicking

    2. Game Focus - where we'll take skills we've learnt in the above areas and take it into some game play scenarios


    About Jesse Aish: 

    Jesse Aish - Jesse is Head Coach at the prestigious Aish Football Academy active in Sydney and SA. Jesse has supported our Glebe Greyhounds Girls Footy program for a couple of years and is supporting our U13s this year. Outside of Glebe, he has helped out with Coaching and Skills Development support for Newtown Swans. Previously he has coached at Norwood (SANFL) as Senior Midfield Coach and at the Sydney Swans Academy. He currently provides private training for players at clubs across the Sydney Harbour competition including for players at Glebe Greyhounds.

    Refund policy

    Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have amended our Refunds policy, Whether the footy camp is cancelled prior to or during the footy camp, your child is sick prior to the footy camp and unable to attend or is sick on the day, 100% Refunds will be organised. In the event the camp has to be cancelled due to extreme weather you will receive a credit for use in a future footy camp.
