When was the last time you truly took a moment to nourish your mind, body, and spirit?
Now is your opportunity to reset, recharge, and renew alongside a circle of high-vibration women who radiate positive energy. Join us for an immersive retreat near Stanthorpe, SE Qld, where you’ll reconnect with yourself through trusted modalities designed to help you realign with your path. Together, we’ll explore a variety of transformative practices including yoga, group discussions, fun games, EFT tapping, dance and movement, Quantum Breath, crystal bowl sound healing, manifestation techniques, creative play, essential oils, and more—guided by expert facilitators. To top it off, you'll enjoy delicious, zesty vegan meals that nourish both your body and your gut-brain connection.

Glen Aplin, nestled between Tenterfield, NSW, and Stanthorpe, QLD, on the New England Highway. It’s about a 3-hour drive from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or Lismore, in the heart of the Granite Belt wine region.
