A SPACE FOR MOTHERS TO FEEL SUPPORTED, SEEN AND SOOTHED
Mothering through pandemics, times of stress, conflict in the home, high expectations that you need to be a perfect "gentle / calm / conscious" parent and then trying to support your kids with tricky behaviors, BIG feelings AND realising that you have highly sensitive nervous system - its no wonder you feel overwhelmed, exhausted and alone.
CONNECTION MATTERS
More than anything right now, we need connection. Supportive people to listen, validate and hold space for our own feelings. It’s intensely difficult to show up as a connected, regulated parent if you don’t have someone listening to you.
Alongside supportive people, most of us also need a range of daily practices to support our nervous system - to build our capacity for felt safety and self compassion so that we can offer our children connection and coregulation - especially on those hard days.
CREATING A REGULATING LIFESTYLE
Over 4 weeks of bite sized teaching, story sharing and connection, you will learn:
- The basics of the Nervous System - workbook for further learning, reflection and sensory insights.
- Sensory calming tools to soften your overstimulated nervous system and build safety
- Self compassion - for those hard days where you feel like “the worst parent ever!”
- Retrain your brain to see the good - to access more joy

WEEKLY 2 hour calls on Zoom. All recorded and shared in private Facebook group if you can't make a call live.
- Week 1 - Wednesday 15th November, 12pm - 2pm AEDT - START
- Week 2 - Wednesday 22nd November, 12pm - 2pm AEDT
- Week 3 - Wednesday 29th November, 12pm - 2pm AEDT

QUESTIONS
I have my kids home on Wednesdays! How can this work?
- Can you prepare them with a big Sensory Snack Plate - something crunchy, chewy, tarty, sweet, cold icy drinks - and set them up with an age appropriate movie or Bluey and snuggle on the couch while you join with a semi hot cuppa? Sometimes we need to get creative to get our needs met as mothers. You can join on Mute, Video off if that's easier and just share if you have capacity.
I can't attend the calls LIVE, are they recorded?
- Yes, Calls are recorded and will be shared in a private Facebook group. You can send any questions to me prior to the call to get answered.
