Event description

Join us for Glitter In Grief, a heartfelt collaboration between Ellie Bambury and Heart Place Hospital.

After popular gatherings in Auckland and Whangarei, Glitter in Grief is coming to magical Mangawhai! (All ages 12+ are welcome!)

Disclaimer: Grief is not limited to huge life tragedies and loss! Your grief could look like: losing a friendship, experiencing a breakup, death, family changes, moving away, changing/losing old parts of yourself, personality changes, or whatever you feel has brought up feelings of loss/disorientation. All flavours and variations of grief are welcome.

___

Ponder this: How do we bravely feel the truth of what is seemingly no longer, while transitioning into living a life honouring the newness in who we are becoming, after experiencing loss?  Grief is a rite of passage into reconnection with our soul.

At ‘Glitter in Grief’, you are invited to experience a shift into this awareness as Soul-First Guide, Ellie Bambury, welcomes you into a whole new way of communing with your grief, through cultivating a relationship with your higher self and transforming your relationships

A little taste of what to expect:

> Discover Ellie’s special paradigm for accessing and expressing our genuine feelings

> Explore how developing compassionate boundaries and communication skills helps us to co-create true safety, depth and sincerity in all of our relationships (which is crucial as we move through grief and change!)

> Rekindle your relationship with storytelling: You will have the opportunity to share some of your story and listen to others share theirs - if you’re not ready to share, then bearing witness to those who are can become a tonic for you.

> Learn how to ‘come home to yourself’

> Reframe the present, and play with the future - let’s explore what your soul is calling you towards, as you move through your grief!

Here's what others have shared about their experience:

"Thank you so much for last night. I really got a lot out of it. Slept like a baby, and when I woke up, my neck gave a huge crack like it had let an enormous amount of pressure out and back feels nice and loose now like I've had a massage! - Muriel

"Thank you so much for your support and encouragement last night. I was nervous but felt I was ready to make a change to how I was feeling - and what a safe, inclusive place to land! It is such a beautiful thing that you do to bring together hurt souls and help them understand that they are not alone and how to start to find peace." - Kathy

"I have been telling lots of my friends all about you too and your amazing GiG get-togethers. What you’re doing is extremely healing and positive! I’m all for it and 100 percent support your vision."  - Nicole
